Lightness of Being
No heavyweight on your shoulders
no lifting of enormous boulders –
up the cool mountainous hills
refreshed by cold shuddering chills
No repression of your desires and wants
not a thought of repentance, not even once
Just a stream of constant outbursts
each step precisely planned and rehearsed.
a continuous purging of your inner demons
an endless labor with no thought nor reason
till your very being is lighter than air
a weight with which there can be no compare
to float your self to the ceiling
where there can be no revealing
no turning back or repealing
no matter how strong we may be appealing.
You may have achieved lightness of being
but with one crucial omission
one sorely lacking disposition
You are totally devoid of inner seeing.
